Why are we born with an egoistic desire? Because we, as the created beings, cannot feel only one phenomena. We can feel anything only with the difference between one thing and it's opposite.
One feels his reality in the difference between the two, otherwise he doesn't feel reality and is completely unaware. This process is triggered through our desires moved through the emotions.
This is a law and it is clear to anyone who deals with mechanics or with nature, that we only measure things one compared to the other: hatred, love; wisdom, foolishness; light, darkness.
It doesn't matter what discernment you take from our entire reality, you can see how much we are always in this connection between one thing and its opposite.
Only in such a place do we feel ourselves existing and it is clear to us where we are.
Nature intended and destined us to have these discernments in colors, sounds, relations, science, in everything. A person shifts all discernments to emotion because our vessel of learning is desire.
